Edouard Simon is Head of Brussels office of Confrontations Europe, a French think tank created in 1992. He holds a PhD in EU Law and an MBA from ESSEC Business School. He worked four years within Airbus’ legal department, where he participated to the creation of a team dedicated to EU law, competition policy and legal lobbying. He is a specialist of industrial and armament issues, and supported a thesis on the “Roles and functions of EU law in the integration of armament acquisition policies”. From 2012 to his appointment as Head of Office, he was a member of the board of directors of Confrontations Europe.
